Nut welded to a 100 x 25 x 3mm plate. That you slip inside the pillar and it is then welded through some holes that you pre drill into the b pillar.

Running stock belts in the back

Used universal Kilpan belts in the front. Ratchet assy bolts to base of B pillar, where stock belt attaches and made mounting which was installed in the B pillar for the top point. Buckle assy bolts to original mount point on tunnel.

Because of the size of B pillar, could only get it about 1/2 way up.

A new set of leads is always a good start, especially if they are showing there age. You could probally get some for a good price.

Dont know that you would see a huge advantage in running the mega huge leads of a A series ignition system

I reckon if you came down with your dad and said it was part of the display or you were helping setup the display, you could leave it near the oval, where we were parking trailers last year it would be OK. You would have to go through the entry point though.

You can do entry on the day. $10 and you can park the car on the oval as part of show and shine for the day. You must be in by 9 and cant leave till 4:30. If you pre enter it will be quicker as whe will be running two enty points this year from what I have been told.

Depending on dyno numbers thus far you can also enter when you turn up on the day.

If I knew your dad wasnt taking his monaro you could have taken the coupe. I thought the monaro the ute and a display would have easily used up your 4 bays so went it on my own.
