3:30 finish time aint to bad, will be there if shocks turn up for the coupe. The new ones I ordered were to long and the shock was bottoming out, so no suspension in the rear. Been a pain in the butt to sort it out. Would chuck old ones back in but have sent these to the distributor to matchup an alternative.

Does anyone know if we are locked into staying at the show all day or can you leave when you have had enough?

Are we going for a club display or just turning up individually?

Cheers

Put some new kyb shocks in the rear, today and pretty disappointed.

They are too stiff for my liking. They have lifted the rear of the car 1 1/2 inches. And the ride is pretty harsh to say the least.

Not sure what todo. Put the old monroes back in or fit lowering blocks to the rear and persist with the kyb shocks. The monroes would loose there dampening ability if you went over to many bumps in quick succession and the fact the rear of the car has come up with the kyb, maybe the monroes are completly stuffed. They are gas charged assisted but you can hear the oil valves making squeaky noises, when you move them.

Thanks for ideas

Leaning towards mother board bios been problem. Bios on this machine wont support more than 2 gig of ram either.

So to keep wife happy, organising her new machine, will put 2 TB drive into it as well, so she can backup onto this drive

Cool Datto Master on this post.

Yeah set and checked bios. Have made HDD as first boot preference

Got the 2 tb running as secondary drive right now and booting and running XP on the 500mb drive. So know that the 2tb drive works

Got a Acer SA90 Desktop with a 500gb Sata drive running XP

Brought a new Samsung hd204ui 2tb drive and wacked it in place of the old 500 gb drive. Installede XP, but cant get it to boot after the initial installation.

Spoke to a few people and decided to install Win 7 as XP has limited Sata drivers. Win 7 installs but will not boot from HDD to continuie the setup. Same problem that I had when installing XP. You can look at the HDD and all the Win 7 files are there, it just wont boot from HDD

Any ideas

I made my own cross member, way back when I started my conversion. I have about 30 mm from the head to fire wall.

Allows pleanty of room for heater hoses but causes clutch slave to be close to steering arms and you cant use cA slave on clutch. Im using RX4 on custom bracket. Also cant fit thermo easily behind radiatior, hense mine sits in front of readiator and intercooler is below front bumper

Looks awesome Jesse, certainly worth the effort.

Waiting to hear it run past my work at full throttle.
