Hi Iam fitting a Brand New 4.11 CROWN WHEEL and PINNION to my Alloy center H190 .. I am wanting to Know if any one has a Workshop Manua;l with the BACK LASH Clearance of the crownwheel .. Iam guessing its between .005"to .007" ,,also the Tension of the crownwheel bolts and side carrier Bearing Bolts .. thanks Cam

The diff code for the Toyota diff is on the ID plate under the bonnet on the fire wall ,, IT will say "TRANS/DIFF" on the plate .. then it will give you Letter then 3 numbers ,,For example .. E256 if you can find that ,, i can tell you what spec diff it is and what ratio ,, be careful you dontget confused and read the transmission number .. cheers cameron

Wanting to buy a Mk11 Toyota Corona diff ..the model code is MX10 or Mx13 ..they came out in the early 70`s and had a 2.3 or 2.6 ltr 6 cylinder in them ,, I know this is a Datsun forum but thought some might Know of one around the place ,, Any way let me know if you Know of a car or a diff ,, Cheers Cameron

The Turbo/supercharged Cam i have got i asked for the power band from 4500 to 7500 rpm with a max rev limit of 7800rpm .. the advertised duration is 280 deg on the inlet with the exhaust being slightly larger at 286 deg l ,,Most modern turbo engines use a larger exhaust duration when they put bigger cams in..The Lift at the valve is .400'' and is ground with a wider lobe centre 112deg to stop you blowing the boost pressure out the exhaust on the over lap ,, i want to sell the unused reground Crow Cam for $80 plus postage

I from past experience with turbo cams i wouldnt go any bigger than this in Duration ,,,other wise they loose to much Torque off boost in the lower rpm and very dead till they get boost this usally happens when you come out of a corner so its not good,,,,,,,but if you can find a Cam with more LIFT go for that one ,, wider lobe centres work better with forced induction ,, the exhaust cam duration seems to give you more gains than the inlet ,, I guess because your forcing the charge in on the inlet so duration isnt as big a issue ,, Dont be sucked in to thinking a Full race Naturally asperated cam will work in a forced induction engine as they dont work because of the over lap in the inlet and exhaust duration ,,Anyway thats why i went with this Grind ,, a mate used the same grind in his Supercharged A15 and was very happy with it ,,

I HAVE a Crow custom Grind Turbo Cam ,,which i have never used ,,,its still in the box if your wanting to buy a Cam ,, if you looking for a cheap turbo use a the smaller IHI subaru turbos off the 2 ltr liberty engine ,, The IHI VF10 turbo off the jap spec RS Liberty ..which is Called Legercy Rs ,,you can pick then up for under $300 aus ,, If you want it to spool up faster put a R12 exhaust housing off a B6 turbo Mazda engine on it as its one size smaller .. ..these turbos work very well on 1600 twin cam Mazda engines . other wise a s15 sr20 nissan turbo ,, which might be a bit sluggish in the lower rpm to come on boost but would make very good power in the mid to top end .. other wise a small new Ball Bearing Garrett turbo ,,

The PCD is 114.3mm on the KE LASER and ealier then changed to 100mm pcd in aprox 1990 with the KF laser

what size axles dose a C120 A15 Vanette Have ? the Larger 28 spline or the smaller 23 spline the same as the H165 ? ...
