Yeah she's back on the road, with tyres clearing the guards now.

I've had a bit of an idea about you're spongy brake problem on the 1000 coupe.. i'll give you a call about it when I get a chance.

Count me in for this cruise. Being such a long drive, it's a good incentive to get my 5 speed installed by then :)

Expense of 5 speed boxes is one of the main reasons why I run a CA18.

I love this logic to justify a CA conversion that costs $XX,000 :))

I was wandering around 'pick 'n payless' last week and I picked up a pair of H4 headlights (with 55/60w inserts and rubber backing) for $15.

They came off a Honda 'City Pro', not sure what year model, perfect fit for the 1200.

I just need some time to sit down and figure out how to wire in some relays.

Hi I'd love to take up that offer Chris,
I'm tossing up whether to rebuild the A15 I have before putting it in, so I'm not in a hurry. I'll send you a PM.

James.

Thanks DD.

So when I do install an A15, I'll use the A12 flywheel.

Cheers.

Hi guys,
I've just purchased an A series overdrive 5 speed, (with an A15) will this gearbox fit behind an A12?

Is the A15 clutch and flywheel bigger than the A12 one? OR can I just use my existing A12 clutch and flywheel with the 5 speed box?

Cheers,

James.

I bought a pair stanza 4 bolt ball joints today for about $100. That was retail price from repco, they want about $80 for a pair of tie-rod ends also.
