besides my TWO 1971 1200 coupes...

~~~my 71 datsun 510 two door... built from the ground up... had no motor or drive trian. had no seats, but had some lites and grill.

,, i lowered it on all new kyb gas shocks with eibach springs, 15inch panasport rims with new tires.. power brake boster, front sway bar and strut tower bar, rear sway bar too... 5 speed 1981 280z tranny, L series moter FULLY rebuilt, and all the bolt ons,,, side draft su carbs, header with 2,1/4 pipe, msd electronic ignition, vw aluminum radiater, cluth fan , etc, etc.. 1993 240sx seats, new carpet etc, etc, etc...I added a front spoiler and painted the whole car 2002 porsche mustard yellow" ,,most stock crome i re did flat black, and powder coated my rims gun metal... ... ... ... ... ...

~~~and now a 1975 620 pick up, it is for sale though, runs and drives great... lowered on 17inch rims...



~~ i have also owned a 1200 2 door sedan, got it from oregon, "got it running then sold it"

~~ also TWO other different 510s, "got them running, then sold em"

all this in a mater of three years

BELIVE IT OR NOT, i think drifting is absalutly redickulise, but HELLA FUN, and driving my 510 and drifting in it is FUN, it makes my day,,,and that is what's important to ME , sooooo,, i DO "USE" my car EVERY FRIKIN day... and if you want to talk about making upgrades to put them to USE,, I ALSO am buildin a full race 1200, that i will get plenty of "USE" from but more importantly; "FUN" .....
but i will tell you one thing drifting is "motorsports"... ...


and yes me posting the photo of my 510, was to prove a point, and the point has nothing to do with drifting at all... ... ...

well all the bad and missing things on your `1200 are no worries to me...

i think me and rudy are both tring to make one great 1200 out of two 1200s

... but YES i am willing to pay $50.oo for it..

just ask RUDY first,, because he needs to build his 1200 for a normal means of transportation,,, i am building 1200, just for the race track...so i dont really NEED it, like rudy does...


BUT KEEP IN MIND THAT,,, IF HE DOES NOT WANT IT, OR HE CANT COME PICK IT UP, OR SOMETHING... I WILL FOR SURE...

510... no contest.... INDIPENDANT REAR SUSPENTION... not a solid axel like the 1200.
1200s make an awesome drag car though, "they are hella lite"

... but of corse, 1990 240sx, with sr20det, will drift as good as anything... .
also keep in mind the ae86 ,,, "toyota carrola" But i dont like those at all, but if you throw on side drafts and chuck the efi, you can create a monter.... but the perfect canvas for a drifting monster is the 69thru73 datsun 510,, "tons and tons of motor and diff, swap possibilitties""
