Yo can also use a Stumpy gearbox with a bluebird bell hosuing. That's the setup I use which results in not having to cut the tunnel at all. The gear stick lines up with the existing hole as well.

At present the box is the overdrive a series box, however if anyone wants the 1:1 5th gear type, I have one of them as well.

I'm looking for an R30 Skyline Stumpy Gearbox thrust bearing carrier. Bought the box and it didn't arrive with one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If someone has one for sale then let me know.

I'm looking for a CA18DET with computer and loom if anyone knows where I can get one. If anyone can tell me what models the stumpy gearbox came in it would be appreciated as well as I'm looking for one of those as well.

Thanks all.

For those of you who have done the CA18DET conversion in a 1200 ute, I'd appreciate some help. I'm looking at doing the conversion but want to know which gearbox to run and what mods to the tunnel and diff are required. Can the tunnel be massaged or do you have to put in a different one. I was thinking of using the maddats xmember kit so if anyone has had any experience and comments about that set up then it would be appreciated.

Thanks.
