well when i did mine i try to find a stumpy box for under $400 i ended up getting a ca18det gearbox with a swap from my a seriers motor and then a custom tunnel for under the price of the stumpy box.

datsun 1200 wagon shell complete less motor and box but in pieces,

Comes with brand new front doors new passenger front quater panel, near new bonnet.
Good start for a project.
I have all the old panels aswell and will sell for cheaper with out the new ones.
