Check out some FIAT sites, I have twin dellortos and virtually no cacuum for my brake booster.
Some yank cars had similar problems and use an electrical pump to create vacuum.

The 4age is a magnificent engine, some say the 16v is a better feel than the 20v. They rev out well. true your Datto will be a hybrid, but i like to think of them as a highbred.

Look for a casting number on the manifold.
You can then contact manufacturer(name on top)
If company closed do an internet search on the casting name and number
