sounds like sunjay is being a weener... dont get me wrong, i run 24psi of gt30 love but found that id fill the catch can after a session (3 hot laps) on the track. better baffling just eliminates the physical oil splash and leaves the oily air. the ally work does look awesome tho!

you might regret removing the baffling... i just did the opposite and cut and shut an s13/s14 rocker cover and welded them together to give me more baffling. otherwise under load or with some revs (ive seen you drive...) itll just fill the catch can

donald your wife must love you!.. whos is the other thou? funny how an unregistered piece of rusty crap can fetch 500 clams, and i couldn't find a buyer for a registered disk front good condition deluxe wagon. happy to still be a 1000 owner tho :)

are you going through piarc for the ch plates?

also my sigma disks require a 13 inch wheel, the r31/commo combo will juuuust scrape a 13 inch alloy if you do a bit of caliper linishing but wont fit those wheels you have on currently

Interesting... I still have my wagon, now sans engine. Im heading to europe for a year but im sure i will do some imagineering while over there...

Im wanting something pretty tough in the thou, will be on club reg. i was thinking some sort of turbo e85 guzzler. i dont mind the L/Z combo idea D, your hairbrain scheme might suit!

id love to keep a standard(ish) internal motor. Is the L18/Z head combo shorter or lighter or of any particular advantage over the CA?

no butchering there, there is an unbelievable appreciation for the 1k going on in that shed! even salvaging rusted out wrecks for useful things like half cuts for engine fitouts and the half coupe shed feature.

inspired me for sure!
