They hate engine warranty claims, but are always great with small (costly) parts, like ingnitors and stuff. Turbo's and engines you have no chance, and they will win until it becomes a court/dft case.

If I were you, I wouldn't bother, seriously... It's more trouble then what its worth. In my opinion anyhow.

Rebuild it and gain another 50HP and another 10 years life (maybe for some of us? ok... our mothers driving? )

110mm OD spring with Nissan on the strut, Girlock calipers with Datsun on the bracket and 9" disks.

for sure mate, and the wanker market is there, some people are easily sucked in and don't research.

Just a fancy gadget to suck people in....
