I have 2 spare sets of daul sidedraft 45 mm carbs for sale in US.

Set #1 is a pair of SK Racing Carbs, 45 mm, complete on manifold with all linkage and air filter plate. Just connect your throttle cable. SK carbs use Weber jets, but the other parts are a little hard to find, so you'll have to cut your own gaskets. They are in very good condition, as raced condition. $400 USD

Set #2 is a pair of Weber 45 DCOEs, complete assembly with manifold, linkage, air filter. AS raced in very good condition. $700 USD.

Free race car chassis with some fiberglass in LA (USA). Call Tom Neely 310 429-1660 before he cuts it into pieces and throws it away. Solid car needs to be finished.

Tom (and others): The SCCA GT5 racing 1200s and 210s in the USA use the A12; A12A; A13; A14 and A15 blocks. Try posting on gt-racecar.com in the classified section or on the GT5 post section. Peter

I SOLD my 1200 race car (Coupe), so in November, I'm going to start selling off the remaining fiberglass and steel panels that I have. (Sorry, US sales only. Big stuff is so hard to ship overseas.)

1200 coupe grills; roof; steel fenders; steel doors; steel rear valence; and NEW L rear quarter panel.
Fiberglass front fenders with flares (big flares); deck lid; front bumpers; rear quarter panels with flares.

Benny, I had one 1200 racing Coupe with a Panhard rod and the leaf springs. Because ANY panhard rod swings in an arc (gets shorter both above and below it's static center line), the rod RIPPED it's frame out of the car. There was not enough side to side movement in the leaf spring mountings. If keeping leaf springs, you would probably be better off using traction bars on the front half of each spring. Peter

I'm going solo to the Mid-Ohio National races this weekend. Any Datsun 1200 fans want to come to the races to crew for a Datsun 1200 raceer or just hang out?? Let me know. Admission is free and it's a kid friendly place (but they do not allow any pets). The track has concessions, bathrooms and showers. Campers are welcome. There are 24 races Sept. 19, 20, 21 to crown 24 amatuer National Champions. The races go from 10:00 am until 5:30 pm each of those 3 days.
Sept 15-18 are qualifying days. I usually get to Mid-Ohio around Sept. 12 and stay till the 20th.
SCCA Membership is NOT required, UNLESS you want to work in the pit lane. There are lots of good spectating areas. Peter

Phil, The GT4 & 5 1200 racers (and the ones with B210, Sentra and 200SX bodies) can use the blocks and cranks. They can also use the transmissions as cores or spares. Try the GT website at "gt-racecar.com" and also try "race-cars.com" for free posts. Peter
