I've got an alan key bolt (hex key) going into aluminium with the hex part stripped out, I need to get it out to reach an oil leak. I tried drilling down the middle and using a screw extractor, but the screw extractor wont grip, and just chews up the bolt even more. The bolt itself is in very tight.
Any ideas?

18 from Jerangle, near Bredbo in NSW, got a 120Y on the farm (2000acres) that I've had since I was about 10, cost a case of beer. Not much left of it since I rolled it, pulled the panels off it and pretty well f*cked the engine. Still good fun.
Am currently living in canberra to attend college, driving another 120Y, cost me $150, and for a little while had a 1200 coupe that I got for $50.

I've recently put 13x6's on my 120Y with I think 175/70 tyres, the only rubbing I get is on extreme full lock, but I got that with the pizza-cutters too.

I would have taken other stuff off it but there wasn't much left (had to tip it upsidedown to get to towbar- this took a while coz it was halfway through a fence) both the geabox on the car and the one in the boot had melted housings, and the engine didnt look too flash. As for making a beast of a buggy, I've already got a 120Y 2-door sedan with no body panels that I use instead.

Im looking to get a bonnet for my 120Y in good condition, no rust or dents. Colour doesn't matter as long as its in good condition.
If I get one the seller can have mine if wanted, its fairly straight but has some rust near the front.

Also I've got a towbar for a 120Y I can trade for the bonnet or sell as is: $30

ps. Would also like some good 120Y seats or other seats that will bolt straight in.

I found a burnt out 120Y in a pineforest near where I live, it had been there for some time so I took the towbar off it. Is there any oint having a towbar on a 120Y (Would it pull a trailer?) and how would i wire in a lighting plug?
