not that desperate for one ivan, was just hoping someone might have one stashed in the shed, either working or broken i can refurbish. i have a nice machine at the moment, but if i come across a vintage machine i wouldnt say no for nostalgia sake.
any of you guys own and use a metal detector? id reckon a few of youse down near the vic goldfields pack one. i dont use a gold specific detector, but more a coin and relic machine. its just amazing what is a few inches below our feet. also if anyone has any ancient detectors, ie- old garrett or minelab, id consider buying it.
D.F.S.- the paint is a 2pack epoxy paint from Wattyl. dont know the exact name, but im sure it wont be too hard to find. quite expensive. the shed is a ranbuild 6x9, my uncle is a ranbuild dealer so got it for a good price.
ok, im back. progress has been very slow, standstill even. ive moved house and in the last few weeks ive had a 6x9 shed put up. as soon as i paint the floor in that oil resistant stuff, she'll be good to go. ill finally have my car back with me, instead of clogging up my brothers shed. thanks to a super generous member here my list of gx parts is 99% complete. as soon as the shed is ready to go, hopefully some serious work can be done and finish this bugger once and for all.
so much for a project that was only meant to last a few months......
is the decimal point for the mk1 in the wrong spot?? is it a 2 door or a 4 door? come with anything or just a rolling shell? i know there is a phone number to call, but thought you might know......
