Thank you, much appreciated. The sump pan on my A14 is badly damaged, and has been repaired with epoxy by a previous owner.. Leaks a bit of oil.
I have a spare A12 or 2, and will use a sump pan off one of those. Anything else that should be checked while i have the sump off?

Nissan Urvan was a great vvehicle ! Fantastic workhorse...
I think they had a Z20 OHC engine in it... At least the one we had did...
Wonder if it would be worth putting one of those engines in a Datto ??

I have the chrome strips that you are talking about. They arent in the best condition ever. I would be prepared to part with them if you wish to pay for postage...

Interesting... So theres no other way?
Basically, My 120y has an original 120y speedo, a standard 4 speed gearbox, and also a standard diff (however the diff is from an auto, not sure if the ratio is different)
Even though they are all original parts, the speedo is not right...

Is it easy to do? How do you do it, if not what is a decent price to have it done...
Thanks in advance.

Thanks guys ! Great help that was ! I guess its not something that can be learned from a website, or from reading a book.. The only thing that you can learn it from is practice !
Last night i found a book on Amaxon about spraying cars, and also a 2 DVD set on how to restore a car, panelbeating, spraypainting etc...
Should be good to get a basic idea of techniques and stuff...
