Nothing wrong with biking I often do around 20-30 kms round trip with my girl on the back its actually quite good for you. At least in the country its relaxed. I would hate to be riding in the city when everybody thinks they own the road

as for the 200rwkw...can we try n go a lil more? u know i want to get GOOD power..not just decent power

200rwkw in a ute would be pretty insane

I used to run 170rwkw many years ago on the street in my coupe was nice and smooth drivable and capable of 12 flat down the quarter in full street trim. I personally would build up a tough engine run say 14-15psi for the street and wind it up for the drags or special occasion.
cheers

On a stocko rebuild with normal pistons 170-180rwkw should be fine @ around 15psi should make that kind of power with a decent turbo. If your after more than this its probably wise to at least run forged pistons. This alone will not make more power but will allow you to run more boost.
It is possible to make huge power from a Ca18 ive heard of over 500hp reliably it really depnds on how much power you want and how you want it to make the power. Throw a huge turbo and lots of boost at it should make over 400hp.
My ca18 makes decent power not as much as a lot of cars out there but with a lot more torque and midrange it would definatly be a faster car especially around a race track.
To build a decent forged internal ca18 with roller bearing turbo and cams ect expect to spend upwards or $6k it woudl not be hard to spend $12-$15k with major headwork custom bits and pieces.
Cheers Andrew

H190's have a few diff size axles some have the 26 spline 25mm?? 510 or 1600 wagons ect same axles size as h165s. The bigger ones from 620- 720 utes and early navaras and comercial vehicles have the 29spline 30mm axles series 3 bluebird also have the bigger axles.
Lockers are fine in track cars I have had one in mine for years without problem. Not very good in the wet or street use though.

The turbo you have is from a SR20 S14 silvia 94-96 model TB2809 only the S15 SR20det came with ball bearing option model 471104-1 TB2815 . So Id say you have a plain bush bearing type
Turbo models
Also it doesn't match any of the GT series turbo model numbers.
GT turbos

Demo the number you have found is on a lot of diff turbos. I have seen it on a stock ca18 T25 and T28 of silvia the number you need to find exact type should be on a little alloy tag on the centre peice or core of the turbo. Give me this number and I shoudl be able to shed some light on the info your after.
Cheers Andrew

My finances have improved slightly I have also sold a few other bits and pieces so if this continues ill be keeping the coupe I never really wanted to sell it anyway.
It sure was good to drive it fast again its been quite a while I plan on doing bathurst supersprint on the 20th of next month.
