I actually like this brake set-up and I'm sure other 13" wheels will clear. I just wanted others to be aware that some 13's might not. You should check.

FWIW... I think my wheels have about a +12mm offset and about 100mm backspacing.

If it's in the air you have to fix one axle and turn the other 2 turns counting the pinion shaft revolutions as you go.
At least that's what I do at the junkyard.
