I'll post it here for all to see. Interestingly enough the glass industry was pretty smart & standardized its parts codes so no matter who you call & have look it up the #'s the same, doesnt matter what glass mfg. made it. Quite smart of them.
Plikilton Classics 1-800-848-1351 3 coupe WS in Ohio
PPG Vintage 1-877-855-8100 4 in Denver i think is what they said.
Window code for a coupe - FW-237 " " " sedan - FW238 - NONE AVILABLE thru either source, I tried for ddgonzal.
Pilkinton was slightly cheaper, not much but I'm sure their the same WS.
All blue tint meaning UK specs verses green tint for US. The glass looks great & I have to assume it'll fit, dont know yet though.

I guess were kinda neighbors, a lot closer then AU!

Has anybody bought any of the gasket kits off Ebay from the two sellers in Thailand? Both of them seem to sell the same kits - front & rear window seals, both doors & trunk ( or bonnet as you in OZ might say).
I'm not sure why I'm more skeptical of both kits then say from Scotts in AU but i am. They both swear they fit properly & their very cheap compared to one guy in California I can buy the front seal from & Scotts. Their about a $110 to $150 US for the kit compared to about $200 for ft. & rear from Scotts. Other then these guys I haven't found anybody else who sells then.
Anybody have any luck with these guys?
I did find about 9 new coupe windshields in the states though & bought one. They were pretty reasonable considering how rare they are here, $250 including freight. If anybody wants to know where they are let me know.

Is anyone aware of later model radiators that are higher flow & capacity then the stock 110 model that will bolt up directly ?
Has anyone used an electric fan/radiator setup off another model that fit & worked well as a replacement to the standard unit?
I'm thinking that if I lose the standard fan I'll perhaps have enough room to fit a fan/rad combo in its place, anybody have any luck with this? Suggestions....
Thanks, Evan

Let me know if you dig it out. My pad has a few cracks that I was thinking of trying to repair. Since I'm stripping down the entire car for all body & paint work I thought I'd replace the dash pad if possible.
are you aware if the rubber suspension components are available anywhere?
Thanks, Evan

I'm looking for a repalcement dash pad. Anybody have one without cracks they'd like to part with?
Does anyone know if a UTE pad fits a coupe dash?
Mine has round gauges.
Also, are front suspension components for a UTE the same as a coupe, I'm wondering about inter-changeability & availability. Or are ther aftermarket mfg. for the suspension components out there ?
Basically I'm looking for the strut tower bushings comming up thru the chassis, control arm bushings, drag link, etc... it would be nice to find a supplier for all this stuff.
Thanks, Evan Seattle, USA

So I can call Nissan here in Seattle & they can get me a windshield gasket???
That would be great but didn't think it worth a try.

Wow!! I'm inspired to restore my coupe although I don't think I'll be doing it to the same extent you are. Excellent job.
A few dumb questions if you dont mind, how do you deal with cleaning up all the paint stripper goop when you remove the plastic covers, doesn't it go everywhere ?
The strippers I've used for house paint (not auto paint), enamels, latex & lacquers seems nasty enough to eat plastic drops, any particular kind of stiripper your using ?
Lastly, what is 2 pack paint ?
Thanks again, its been an enjoyable read.

Well, I guess my original question digressed into a mini series on 12" Ozzy wheels vrs. U.S. sizes, good to see these threads go somewhere! Datsun_Man_A10's question about a wiper motor was along the same lines as mine regarding swappable parts between B210's & 1200"s. Any other info would be helpful as I can call NAPA or Schucks (parts houses here in the US) & get parts availibility for a 74 B210 but a 1200 no. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, has anybody bought any new windshield gaskets or door seals from "Scotts Old Rubber" in AU (nice name for a business, not really sure I want Scott's old rubber but a windshield gasket maybe), any comments on quality or fit? Thanks again!
