I had the little girl on the dyno today (EFI dynamics ) on dyno road. The sunny has a mystery miss at 6200 rpm. Goes real strong up to that then dies in the guts and i cant get any more dyno time till next month
We think it may be the MSD playing up so I am going to fit my S2 bluey dissy and coil back and see what happens.
Those Pooley boys will be trying to pour a can of whoop-ass over me on Sunday so I may have to padddle a bit faster on the turns to keep up with them

My father in Law has a Hilux diesel turbo and it goes every bit of 30% harder. It is faster than the petrol and uses heaps less fuel.

I would look at your oil pump condition while yo have it apart.

What bore size is it? I have a couple of Nismo gaskets in stock.

The gaskets are best sourced from Nissan Sport US as detailed below!

"$75.41 NISMO head gaskets are available in two styles for the A-series engine. The composition type gasket has a bore diameter of 79mm and compressed thickness of 0.8mm (OE - 1.2mm). The multi layer metal head gasket has a bore diameter of 80mm and a compressed thickness of 0.6mm."

I dont have a caliper handy but the bore size is 77.5mm or maybe 78mm. It suits at least a 1mm overbore on A14 or A15 then.

They were too good to leave at the price so I thought I would offer them on site so members got the benefit. I cant use that many sets
