Ok I just picked up a 1200 coop and I've decided that this is the car for me. No more 510's or other datsuns this is the car. Now I've got alot of questions so please bare with me.

1. It seems the stanza struts and brakes are the common upgrade for the front but what about 280zx struts? Do these not work? I recall hearing that it has to due with camber issues. I have a set of camber plates to offset this if this is the case.

2. I want to lower the car. What would be the negative affects of reversing the leaf springs in the back?

3. I have a replacement set of ball joints for a 510 will these work on the 1200?

4. Will a 15 X 6.5 + 15 offset wheel fit the front without sticking out or scrapeing the strut?

I know some of these are eather tuff or extreamly obvious but like I said I'm new to this and I'm not sure where to start so any help would be greatly apreciated.

thanks
Max

I'm sure you have all seen the the links below but I haven't heard anyone mention them so hear you go. Some interesting facts. I can't make heads or tails of any of this stuff but it seems the h190 is the same as a datsun roadster, 200sx, and a 510 wagon which is not the same as a 1200 but i know you can swap the rearends fairly easly. My friends 1200 has a wagon rear end. I also know that LSD is possible in these cars depending on the type of h190 you have. Now feel free to bash me if you guys knew all of this. It is my first post after all
