Found a 83 vanette today , body very good condition , motor runs but is a bit smokey has doon 322000 dont know if motor has been touched (a15) what would it be worth (looking for motor for ute )

85 ute for sale , 1200 motor & 4 speed box , 1200 disc brake front end ,slotted rotas ,sports steering wheel (autothentica ) leather bucket seats (recovered ford van seats ) stanza mags with 205/60 hr13on rear adison 165/70/r13on front --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1 x 120 y station wagon ,rusty with motor & 4 speed , glass and fittings back full of parts , 2 x doors used in good condition ,1x bonnet in reparable condition , 120y brakebooster and master cylinder in good condition several 1200 master cylinders in various conditions wiring harnesses , grills etc , rusted out ute shell with diff and all glass , standard tyres and rims x4 ,new lhs taiwan gaurd ,stanza struts and radius rods , stanza box and diff , 1x 1400 bottom end seized ,standard intake and carby , exhaust no head 1400 4 speed box plus more $3500 want to sell altogether

Is there any differance in the heads , i heard somewhere that there is some difference

a14 seized due to water in bore may be rebuildable plus standard manafold & carby etc no water in sump, complete motor pulled down to the crank . offers

i bought a steering colum bush from genuine dealer , took out mine whitch is threaded in , the new one looks as if it just pushes in , is this correct ,have they updated them or have they given me the wrong one

must be able to get different types /styles of jellybeans that will fit the 1200 discs , anyone got jellybeans on 1200 discs .

the mags are 6 inch wide

want to go wider tyres on ute , have changed the original struts to discs off a 1200 /120y, have got 81sss stanza mags on with 165 70 13 tyres , tried 205 60 13 all well on the back but no good on front ,the 165 70 13 just clear the struts now ,is there a special offset you can get for the front , ive tried a set of 13 inch jelly beans but they hit the disc callipers , also tried some cheviots plenty of clearance but not quite the right stud pattern ,have got the sss struts that the jellybeans suit but have read in the forums they havent got much suspension travel
