I would take the 1000 wagon and 1000 coupe and ditch the 1200 ute, everyone has one of them.

I would say the coupe and wagon are rare as each other and they are both great cars, if I had to pick one I would take the one in better condition.

My springs were reset so low they are flat.

ride is harsh. suspension is nonexistant.

If I had lowering blocks in there at least the springs would still be able to do the job they were intended for.

I have had two LJ80s, they are fantastic vehicles and extremly capable off road, they will go where nothing else will, and between trees where the big boys are just to big to get through.
I would have thought a stock A14 with extractors and twin SUs would have more than enough grunt to get the little Suzuki wherever you wanted to go.
I never found a problem with fuel starvation going up or down steep inclines.

Just as I suspected, with a welded centre your patience would be the first thing to go.
I would rather walk to the shops than drive that car of mine when it had a locked diff, it was a real pig around town.

you might want a hydrolic hand brake for handbrake turns as it flicks off when wou let it go, forrest stages, hair pins, late nights narrow streets etc.

You sound like a candidate for some 50mm fibreglass flares.

Got a drill and a screwdriver?
