1.8L is the max according to the bloke who engineered my coupe. Forced induction that is.
No engineering cert is given they just do a mod plate (the blue plate you often see in engine bays) Cost me $77 I didn't submit my plans to DOT as long as cops see a mod plate they are happy. Rotars is a 12A is the max you can go.

yeah CA18DET_Man (Andrew) told me that another fault is that sometimes from factory the block isn't decked perfectly straight which leads to head gasket failure on piston number one.
Most CA18's you won't hav a problem as long as you follow dattodudes checklist, as this tells you the engine have been looked after.
