Hey I was wondering if anyone had a spare alternator to suit a ca18det? Mine just isn't putting out the charge it should.

Thanks for any help

Thanks Damo

750 is a good price however it's $150 for Loom and $150 to get it remapped to suit any other engine that you may choose to use it on. Which almost puts the price in line with a brand new one.

Although I am seriously thinking of getting iy.

Cheers

Hey I'm chasing ideas on what to do with having warmth and defogger capabilities without using a heater box. One Thing I hear was a hair dryer style setup and have it pumping into the air ducts to defog.
Does anyone know of anything that runs off 12V that could do this??

Cheers

he could do it with an MSD ignition setup or any ignition only computer.

Why ditch EFI??? In my opinion EFI out powers carby due to the precise tuning you can do...

Thats my 2cents

No Offence but for 16k I would have put that straight into the motor and made a monster SR20, looks good but.

Good luck with the sale

nah chris that one you sold me works a treat!! I didn't realise that I had 2 cylinders randomly not firing, it would explain the poor power....

PS I fitted the rotar to the ute last weekend :) I don't like the mounts that the previous dude made it sits on too much of an upwards angle
