Hi mate I have a metal front visor that is in G/C but I have misplaced the mounting brackets

umm nice shot of the headlight, and I am guessing that is an XR 75 fuel tank mounted on a bmx bike with a Victor motor

The easiest thing to do is remove the whole ignition barrel, use a pin punch to remove the shear bolts ( like a chissel).
Take the whole thing to a locksmith 20 bucks should cover it, next go to a car sparky and get him to order a new switch quite a common part and available as a aftermarket switch.
Alot of people confuse the ignition barrel and the ignition switch they are different parts that do a different job although connected

I would go straight to your nearest auto leccy and get a new one with a built in regulator

now I am confused is it top the left or bottom to the left ???

8mm ftom memory same as most engine bolts, go to a bolt shop

pull light switch on hold metal stem with needle nose pliers push knob and twist anti clockwise.
