Dee put a post up a while ago on ford CFI on datsun engines. So i thank Dee for this idea.
I have a12 that i have been rebuilding as a budget build.
I have got on to some turbos at a very cheap price & this is what got me thinking.
I will fit a turbo to the A12,using the ford CFI as a blow through set up. I will use a delco computor wich i already have. The computor will will fire 1 injector up to a sertain rev range & when boost comes in the other injector will come on to keep the air/fuel mixture right. I have most of the gear & should beable to get the rest of it from pickapart it has to work. & cheap I recon i will do the whole thing for under a grand. Except the engine (I know the right people)
If any one has any sugestions feel free to coment.

Thats not the first time I have heard not to put sealers on head gaskets. Providing the 2 surfaces are even that method is 100% correct. But if you have a worn block surface its a good idea to use hylomar on the head gasket as it will fill up any small amounts unevenness on the block or cylinder head. Head gaskets these days have a smooth finish on them so the gasket can move with the two differant metal surfaces expanding & contracting at differant rates.
As lurch said do what ever works for you.

I was talking to boofhead & he is getting 90-100rwhp in his sedan with twin 40s & it was built buy the Feral. I think he put a post up a while ago.
200hp N/A A15 is acheivable but who would want to spend 20K on an a series to get all the nismo gear to make it happen. I would if i won Tats.
In the first post its not stated that he wants 100rwhp

I will come from the sales staff side.
I use to work in an auto pro on weekends. I had a guy come in for a set of points for what i cat remember. So he handed me the points & told me what they where out of. I looked them up & went & got them off the shelf & checked them against the old ones. I noticed the old ones had a big hole through the contacts so i advised him that he should buy a condencor so his points would last longer. He then said to me. Do you no what a condencr does? I said yes. He said Well you obviously dont! He then started crapin on about attoms & molycules (if thats how you spell it) & when they react & what the condencor does when this happens & kept going in for about 15mins about it. He didnt buy the condencor. Then the week later i was working & he brought the points i sold him threw them at me . He said that they where faulty & he wasnt happy. I said you have a condencor problem. So he craped on for another 10 mins about how a condencor worked. Well this time he walked out yelling & screaming cos I wouldnt replace his 5 dollar points under waranty. About 2 hours later he was back ordering a set of points & condencor looking very embarreced.
I found out later he was some science expert that had gone crazy & was in & out of mental hospitals.
