Get a screw drive & find out how far the rust goes Try making some holes in the rust & spray some rust convertor in the rail get some 1.5 - 2mm plate cut & bend it to shape & & weld it on.

I am a gynocoligist for super models
I wish.
I have a small mechanical work shop at Warburton in the yarra valley in vic just a one man show.
Did my aprentaship in auto trans rebuilding & diagnoses then worked i a couple of toyota dealerships & one holden dealership fixing the gen 3 piston slapers never agian.

I was a bit doughtful that it made 200hp.
I you go back a couple of months in the clasifides you will find a post frim vixen called 200hp a15 for sale worth having a look

I worked at a toyota dealer in the used car section for a couple of years.
I remember an 80 series that had a real strong spew smell. Even a detail it didnt get rid of it.
We ended up getting a 4litre bottle of air freshener,put in a spray gun & emptied about 3 pots & dont open the doors for a couple of days that got rid of it. if you have or can get a spray gun it wont cost a lot of money.

Its not a hard conversion to do.
Try to get a reck then you have every thing. That will make it alot easyer

A guy i know has 17s & 18s on a 1200 ute the rear is tubed with a shortend 9 inch it looks pretty cool

Try shannons insurance yhey are very good.
I am insured trough just cars,3rd party if some one writes off my sedan i get $3000
& i keep the wreck. Make sure you tell them all mods cos if you dont they wont pay out
they dont charge to much extra.
