There are great fun. I have fun navagating in a 1600 rally car. And where can you get such a stylish old car for the money.

I have come accross a simalar problem on a mates commodore. He did a hadfeild toyota 5 speed conversion on it but for got to put lock tight on the fly wheel so it vibrated about a month later.

Hyperutactic pistons are fine. They are better for the street as they take less time to warm up. Casties all the way for a race motor

I would love to no what bolt ons it has. You are write Dr Datto there are alot of gaps that need to be filled. Know body realy knows anything about this motor. For all we know it might have 200 horse. But if i was buying it i would be seeking proof. Like an inderpendent engine dyno.

I dont know if iam 100% right but some one told be 45mm webers in pairs can flow over 1000 cfm but i could be wrong.
A rally car i navigate for with a 1900 l series & twin 45s gets about 2 km per litre. In a rally.

1000 coup for sale been a grand pa car. Drive away no rego. Cant see any major rust but it is totaly complete. Still has the origanal hub caps. I dont no how much they are worth so i am doing a bit of research at the moment. but it is for sale.

200 horse power A15. Thats either a real bargain or some one doesnt no how to operate there engine dyno. If & i mean if it makes 200 RELIABLE horse power i would love to no his secrets. It would normaly cost more in machining.

There was some carbs on the forum for sale a few days ago.
Get a L series bosch dizzy from a bluebird & take it to a dizzy workshop & get it modified
Or you can look for a a series electronic dizzy.
