Due to the head having B9EV plugs I would say it was used for competition or something along those lines, these plugs would typically foul up if it was just for street use.
1mm washers would still be just in the realms of use for indexing the plugs.
If it is one of these take some friendly advice...
1. Put a business plan together. 2. Give yourself a realistic hourly figure of your worth whilst doing the work required so as to gauge if the business is successful 3. Have a predetermined amount of money you are willing to put into it, if it goes over that amount be prepared to walk away.

Think you're getting confused between "big end" & "main" journals (crankshaft) and "rod" journals (conrods)
