The factory twin SU aircleaner is the one I need. (and an inlet manifold) Is that what you have? I want to keep my coupe looking stock-from-the-factory if I can.

Mike, Aren't all the normal shift pattern boxes longer, though? I use the dogleg box in my other Datsuns an really like it now I'm used to it. Are you still looking for sill trims? Eddie.
The Pulsar EXA wasn't sold here in the UK (although there are a few here) but if the EXA has the E15ET then it would be the same a an N12 Cherry Turbo. BTW if you need a 5speed I know somebody that has a couple of brand new ones.

Hi Paul, depending on where you live (or how much you want to spend on postage!) I may be able to help with the sills as I have a couple of sets of (non- genuine) sills for 1200s.
I've got a fair bit of 1200 stuff (mostly coupe) including a glovebox. If you cant get one let me know, I could send you one. Is your 1200 LHD or RHD, because they are probably different? I only have RHD although I know somebody who may have the other side.
Are you using a manual box? At the moment my vg30 has an auto on it, which I was going to use, as I would like to drag race the ute occasionally and I thought it would help with traction and consistency. The motor I have is a bit less powerfull than the turbo but I'm sure it will be enough for some fun! It looks like the engine will fit without cutting the bulkhead(firewall) did you cut it? Are you going to put up any pics of your ute?
