well the crank is now stuffed on 3 shells and there was no blockages in the crank and the motor was 5000 kms old

we checked the oil pump and it is still like new and pumping just under 80 psi of pressure

so it looks like the only thing left is the oil oh and the oil did not get hot eather

i was running penzoil muilt vis with is a 20w 50 before the oil change and what was fine in it and the other a12s and a14 motors that i have had

my thought is that hpr15 is not worth sh*t

and that crank cost about $5000 and it is only about 6 months old motor and box would have to have cost about $10000

well my new a14 is all over it have spun a big end and the only thing that has changed is the oil i changed from muilti vis to hrp15 and now it is dead for all of you that drive your motors hard all of the time like i did i do not think you should run this oil my motor was a a14 with a lightened and balanced and knife edged crand with resized e15et rods and jcc forged pisons ported and polished oval port head i had a 54/86 cam new lifters pushrods new roller rockers new 4 to 1 extractors to a 2 and a quarter strait throught pipe to a cannon at the tail it was 136 db at 4100 it was just running a 180 at the moment i was still working on custom injection it had i twin electric fuel pumps one presure and one fed the swirl pot in all it smoked 205s in 3rd gear on the four speed
