Adam.
One should probably not estimate HP when other people are after some serious advise. It only confuses the issue.

Hi Shaun
Depends on what you want to use the car for a 100HP at the wheels is easy to achieve.
Matts 120y runs a 1270cc,32/36 webber and 104HP and 212nm torque at the wheels(still street drivable)The car has more power now but has not been back on the dyno.
An A15 would be a better way to go as Sidedraught said, cheaper HP.GREG Open in new window

The valve is just behind the front brake pipe conection on the master but the 120Y wont have one .
It may be the rod under the dash is out of adjustment which is holing the brakes on ?????
Pedal should have a little clearance between it and the rod.GREG

Being a 1200 drum brake master cylinder it would have a line pressure valve in it,you have to remove it or get a 120y disc brake master cylinder.should fix your problem.GREG

Hi
I made my own camber plates for Matts 120Y sedan race car,i just copied from the picture found on this site.
Used a 10mm thick plate of aluminium and a 8mm plate of steel 3 new studs and 4 bolts.
Tools needed... A jig saw a drill a file and a ruler and vernier calipers and a 8mm and a 10mm tap(cost of material was $60 AUS).I did not use a bearing at the top as it is used on the track only, sorry i did not keep any measurements.
Hope this helps GREG.

If i read your last thread right you used an arc welder to weld up an aluminium manifold?????
Arc is for steel only thats why a piece came adrift and entered your engine.
At least its not to bad and i hope you get it going without to much expence.GREG
