hi.
Have you been around the local wrecking yards in Hobart. I'm not sure if a standrd A12 dissy would be the same, as the A12GX, but it's worth a try.
If they are, then there are plenty around.

Hope I was helpful.

Hi dodgeman
I got the C.D today, the pics are excellent.
Especially the Prince Skyline GT.
Also not to mention the beloved 120y's.

You should become a photographer.

Anyway thanks again.

Hi channie
I'm sure you love playing with things, even Datsun's.
I'm sure there would be a few 1200's and 1600's in sydney.
The 1600 is a very great car as it was used in rallying and has a very good mechanical setup. As is the 1200 is a great car to as the A series motors are bulletproof, and respond well to modifications.
The 1200 ute comands high prices though, as a lot of datto fans snap these up quite quickly.

Hope i was of some help.

hi channie
We all love to play with something in our life times.

Converting an auto to manual isn't all that hard if you have the know how and all the right parts.
Also small automatic cars like datsuns, toyota's etc are less powerful then their manual brothers.
As with a manual you can hold it in gear for longer and therefore get more power. Also auto's are a little bit more heavier on fuel as people tend to put their foot down harder to get the power.

anyway hope you find one soon.

hi channie and welcome to a great site about the datsun motor car.
you will find out a lot of valuable info and some great pics.
You should be able to pick up a Datsun 1200 in very good condition for the price you are prepared to pay.
The 1200 coupe is the pick of them, as they are a very sporty looking model.
The auto's are much rarer than a manual but they are out there.
Anyway great to help you out if I can.

Are you reffering to the b210 120y model as it says in your post heading.
If so I am interested.

hi tom
It also helps to get your car out onto the highway to burn out all the carbon and deposits inside the motor every now and then. This should make the engine run better
