Yep go the Dattos...But the big 6 turbo combo is really starting to pump out the numbers....they have got 300 kmh+ and now well over the 1000 hp mark too....just luv horsepower-forget the brand( and ive got a holden!!) Cheers fellas

dont overlook your ignition switch....you might even need a starter relay because of volt drop down to the solenoid..strange both starters are at fault.. did you guys bench test them before fitting????

The hitachi starters ive seen on 1200's do strip down well. the cap on the solenoid screws off so you can acsess the contacts to either clean or replace. check the brushes and bushes as "tapping the starter" to get it going can also be due to "poling" (that dont look right). Just be carefull when cleaning the commutator and dont use normal sandpaper....either glass paper or a scourer is the go..

Are you drawing thru or blowing thru the gas research carb? what converter you running?? b2? Have you got a balance line to the converter?? if blow thru, have u tried it norm aspirated??? do you run a oxy sensor for tuning..... just a few questions to get me up to what your playing with

Hey Guys...Just To say Happy Easter to all and to say howdy...I was a member back on yahoo club and when you first moved to here,but cant remember password,so here we are again..good to see the old names still on here and still enjoying there datsun passion..My 13 yr old son is now a car freeeeek so the pressure is back on to get the datto finished.so back to it.will get some snaps together for you guys to look at asap.
