I think you hit it right on the head!! interchangeability of parts, light weight bodys and also later model engines which are an easy bolt in! Plus they are better than Corollas... the more dattos i get, the more I want!!! Cheers. Adam.

Hey, I'd start by mugging chooch and making away with his FJ and turbo set up! There is no better motivation than to have a FJ on the engine stand next to the car... Ideas of where to begin will start flowing. Believe me!! Cheers. Adam.

As far as Rules and regulations go in S.A. TnPShow is right but the rules change in each state. but on thing remains identical in each state... " the car has to be 100% original, only upgrades available at the time of manufacture are allowed, SUs, etc,etc." In S. A we have the Sporting car club Which allows members to obtain Classic rego. There would be similar clubs in each state.

One of the things i wanted to know was how far apart the oil ports are compared to an oval port head? Its realy something that has to be put side by side i suppose. Cheers
