bugger, finally got everything running right too, ah well, when everyones back on home soil and able to select a gear we'll have to have an actual cruise.
Haven't been to Ingham Bogan Fest since i was in the supercruise with my turbo'd rice rocket up there..... I bet the 4 cylinder award goes to a rotor... it does every year!

My first car was a Datsun 240K, nice car to drive couldn't kill it... typical Datsun. My whole life i've been around trucks and road transport and still drive semi's to this day, after driving these big things all day i didn't want a big car also.
Found my datto ute through a mate of mine, picked it up 3 years ago for $2,500, spent double that by now and i just can't get sick of driving it, it's fun, zippy through traffic with the new engine and turns lots of heads.
Does anyone get sick of being approached by strangers and being asked if they wanna sell there datto?

I'll try to get out there after sundown, but not in the ute unfortunatley, it won't idle at all.

Yes i am interested, but how lockable secure are they? datto utes are turning too many heads up here, i worry about security of it.

Throwing another theory at you, sorry bud.
2 weeks ago my rebuilt engine was re-assembled and upon start up the rattle was horribly loud ( i likened it to a diesel with fkd exhaust gasket) Turns out their was extra timing dots somewhere and the cam was dialled in 90degrees out!!
What a fkn hassles it was, eveything put back in pulled back out then put back in again.
