i've put 2inch lowering blocks in the back and have only had it hit the bump stop a few times with weight in the boot.
if you normally have your boot empty you should have no problems.

i've got a 10" temperature controlled thermo in front of my stock replaced radiator and it works fine.
if you were going to run it all the time with the mechanical fan removed than i would suggest getting a second thermo for the engine side of the radiator. i've found one 10" alone isn't enough on 30+ days on long drives plus you get the added security if one fails.
most important is attaching a shroud for the thermo engine side, it makes a huge difference.

gday,
i brought myself a set of lowering blocks off ebay for my 120y, has any1 done the same?
i got the guys @ mr. muffler to install them as i didn't have the time to do it myself.
i got it back and found that the block doesn't sit flat with the spring pack.
the raised section that is part of the spring pack doesn't fit inside the locating hole of the bottom of the block.
the block has a hole diameter of 13mm, and there is a gap of about 5mm between the block and spring pack.
shouldn't they fit together flush?
if any one has a pic of how it should all fit could they please post it up on here.
cheers
