hi, i need some help finding replacement shocks for the front of my '74 120y. the struts are stock but i've put in a set of lowered king springs (1.5inch). i think the shock piston is bottoming out bad or could it be something else? does any1 know where i can get a pair of replacement shocks with a shorter stroke? i've spoken to pedders and their've got their own gas shocks but with the same length stroke. do i need a shorter stroke or just a firmer shock?
any help would be much appreciated cheers

i've got a '74 120y with the jap brakes and i'm running a 14inch rim which fitted fine until i put in some new brake pads, this caused the caliper assembly to be pushed further out and hit the inside of my wheel. I choose to grind the outer edge of the caliper which seems to work fine. I would recomend buying some wheel spacers as this should fix the problem without having to grind the caliper

i got my original A12 powered 120y auto to 160km, it took a lot of road but it got there. i recon that with the work i've done to it now it should be good for +180 km with a tail wind.

I am after an A15 engine, the more it comes with the better. At the very least i'm after a once running block, it doesn't necessarily need the head, s/motor, alternator, water pump or any manifolds. Will be willing to pick up anywhere even remotely near Melbourne. cheers

It looks impressive, the power and workmanship is AwSoMe!
Do you have it registered for the work you've recently done, coz the cops down here have been power hungry since the new hoon laws came in. They look for any reason to give you a formal warning. What exhaust are you running from turbo to tip?
Hope you can break that elusive 100kw barrier without compromising to much on drivability.
