Glad to hear your back in business. What part of Philly do you live? As you can see I'm also from Philly. You can see my 1200 in the photo album. Drop me an e-mail.

Here in the USA you can get a personalized plate and pay approximately $ 25 per year.

Now if you want a plate that designates your vehicle as an antique, you pay a one time fee for life, approxiametly $ 70.00. With this type of plate you no longer are required to have your vehicle inspected by a mechanic on a yearly basis. ( $ 80.00 plus cost of any repairs )

It doesn't matter how many numbers there are, they are the Vehicle Identification Numbers whether they are on the dash or firewall.

Look at the title for this vehicle you are buying and you will see that the numbers listed under Vehicle Identification Number will or should match the numbers on your car.

The number on the dash and firewall should match, and are the Vechicle Identification Numbers. ( VIN ) The first set of numbers in the vin represent the vehicle model. The numbers missing from your VIN are, "LB110". The numbers on the dash and firewall should read as follows," LB110-123456 ".

I'm real sorry to hear what happened to you. Let's look at some real simple rules.

Rule #1: Trust Knowone.

Rule #2: When in doubt revert to rule #1.

Take him to small claims court, don't be discourged. You will win.

If that don't work I'll fly over an make him an offer he can't refuse.

I use a metal gasket from Tomei. They come in various thicknesses. I am replacing my cam so I will have to decide on the type of gasket to use. For racing, the copper head gasket would be your best bet. It can be used repeatedly. Of course with all gasket replacements make sure the block and head surfaces are true, and if you use head bolts, replace them.

Good Luck

I would love to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year.

Did anyone get any 1200 gifts under their tree this year?
