we'll prolly bring our camera along too and get some good vids. Should be in the rally car... it's nearly all fixed...

I'll see if I can dig up the details of the last cruise we had out there, it must be on here somewhere!

In the meantime i better get some work done

How can you not remember the last Kinglake cruise we had? YOU WERE ALL THERE shame, shame

Last time we met at the park in Eltham on Main Rd near the roundabout going on to Fitzsimmons lane... I don't even think the park has a name, it's the Eltham miniature railway

Then we went out the back of Research and through the hills to King Lake and the national park up there, stopped for lunch at a bakery or some such a drove back.

Are we definite for 17th May??
Saturday morning 10am??

If you wanna meet at the miniature railway place, it's not signposted but it's Melways 21 H10. I think it's "Eltham Lower Park" or some such. It's got the local lacrosse pitch on it so no doubt there'll be a few people there

Hey boys, long time no see
I'll be there tomorrow too

I drive from Mooroolbark to Werribee via the ringroad all the time

I reckon the best way to go is take the ringroad all the way to greensborough, turn left towards diamond creek, right on aqueduct rd, left after safeway, right onto yan yean... through to main rd eltham (turn left)

the back streets is a pretty nice drive, main rd onto research-warrandyte rd (right) onto ringwood-warrandyte rd (left), left onto croydon rd at the shell station, this is where it gets tricky. Have a look in the melways but you wanna try to get on plymouth rd or yarra rd, so you can turn left onto maroondah hwy and on to lilydale ;)

Anyways, there's a fun run on at Lilydale Lake tomorrow so there's a chance we won't get anywhere near a bbq...
