I should have 8 of them. I think the ones I have you can knock the cap off from inside but not 100% on that

Rim polishing is not the cheapest thing due to the labour involved. If you are not going for a show look, buy the polishing kit from bunnings and some different grades of wet and dry and get to work. A die grinder or electric drill will be your best mate for this job. I have found that rim restoration often out prices the cost of the wheels in some cases

1200rallycar can you post up some pics and part numbers please. I would like to do this to my car as it needs retractable belts that won't stick out and hit the base of the seats. Well done!
