Hi i dont know if im much help but it sounds like you have a short circuit. Check your earths im sure the head light earth point is at the guard indicators. May be disconnect left side light and see what happens and then vise versa that way you might be able to eliminate one side and get closer to the fault.

Go to a hose specialist like pirtek (not sure if its spelt right) they can supply tube and flare it aswell, you will just need to bend into shape.

Sounds good depending on price, i wont have my 1200 ready till next year hopefully but i have a Nissan pulsar that im keen to flog on the race track

Hi can any one tell me what the rectangle box is near the d/s/f strut tower. Im thinking its the horn relay. Does the 1200 have any sort of factory relay for hi and low beam? Also do 1200 coupes come with hazzard lights? My wiring is a mess and im trying to sort it out with very little knowledge, any help will be great. Cheers
