Hi Guys/Girls,

Thought I'd throw a few pics an details bout the turbo setup I've just completed.
The car used have a SC14 supercharger strapped to the side of it, it was good but personally I prefer the Turbo feel.

The gear it has on it:
-Custom injection/plenum
-frankthedolphintrainer manifold
-T25/28 off a GTIr pulsar .8 A/R front
-2.5" Split Dump with full 2.5" Exhaust (yet to be painted)
-EVO 7 Modified Cooler (fits great)
-2.5" IC piping
-Blitz BOV

Also going to do a multi coil ignition set up soon.

The car is still running the Supercharger tune through Wolf3D @ 8psi.
I just need to fix up a exhaust leak the it will be down for a full dyno tune with a little more boost. Goes great already and I'm really happy with the decision to change over to turbo.

Good find Retal052! I have a CA CAS sitting in my shed, might look into it.
I wish some one could right up some thing for wiki.

The output from the computer still uses the ignitor, but you're right about the CAS triggering the ignitor. I dont know how you'd use vacuum advance without after market comp???

my computer has four ingnition outputs, it takes the signals from the hall effect sensor and works it out.

There's a double pulse at cyl No.1 TDC, then another pulse 180deg out. The ingnition wil then then be used as a wasted spark system.

Hey Jake,

Did you have the trigger disk exactly 158mm, like it describes in the manual?
Do the dimensions of the trigger disk matter? I was thinking of setting the hall effect sensor up in the dizzy housing and making a small trigger disk (small alloy disk with magnets indexed @ 90deg run off the dizzy drive)that fits inside.
Ideas...
