QPDC are having another cruise soon. We are looking at Saturday 23rd July to give everyone plenty of time to get their cars ready. One of us will give full details asap as we are still going over a few possible routes. Watch this space or www.turbophile.com for updates.

I'm thinking about going, depends if I can be bothered driving all the way up to Brissy on what should be a nice relaxing public holiday.

Also depends if there will actually be a cruise after all the inevitable standing around socialising that goes on at these things.

We are going to organise another one probably in June - will let you guys know dates and locations when they are decided upon.

If you have never visited www.turbophile.com or haven't been back for a look for a while - now is the time! I have just finished a brand new redesign of the site making it easier to navigate, plus added new feature cars.

There is also all the usual stuff on there - photos of cruises and events, videos, old datto ads and articles, and tech info.

Coming soon will be more new feature cars, media articles, tech articles and a guestbook plus possibly a wanted section for people looking for rare datsun parts.

If anyone has any suggestions for the new site please let me know!

The Northside Datsun Club has organised a cruise for the coming long weekend, details are as follows:

Date is Monday 25 April. We are based on the northside and are meeting at the BP Southbound at Morayfield on the Bruce highway at 10am. That way people can still attend the dawn service if they wish.

Leave there at 10.15ish, down the Gateway, along Kingsford smith drive, onto the inner city bypass past suncorp stadium to Milton road, Toowong roundabout and then Western Freeway out to Goodna.

We are meeting Kev Roley and a few others at the BP Goodna at 11am and from there back onto the motorway out to the Wivenhoe Dam for a BBQ lunch. We
