Yeah i read about the disc over drum thing. Might sound like a dumb question but what does it mean, is it replacing the drum with a disc or what?

I've got one of them on my A12, Gorege Everingham's in lismore NSW got it for me. cut a few kilo's and makes the engine run alot nicer. still standard though except for the head and it's out to 1300cc now. Runs really nice for a 30 year old engine
