If anyone can help, what parts are needed to turbo an A12?

What do you actually need to put a webber on an A12 (other than deep pockets for fuel lol)

I had the exact same problem. There is a wire that comes off the coil and into the carby with a little rubber boot around it. check that, don't ask me what it does exactly but it keeps the engine idling. that wire broke on my a12 and it wouldn't idle, just cut out. facing the engine front on, it's on the left side of the carb right under the spout for the tea pot (air cleaner thingy lol). that should fix it

If you really want to do something to it, put in a big sound system. I put a fibreglass lid on the tray of my ute and put two 15' subs, 400w amp and a set of 6x9's in custom boxes in the tray then had them and under the lid covered in black and green crush velour. the roof liner and door trims are the same and the seats will be done next week.

Thanks Prodat, that helped alot (love the ute by the way). I do have a few more questions. 1. what was the stock tyre and rims size? and 2. will TRX rims fit a stock 1200 ute? If not, what mods need to be made?

Nah, sorry mate, bit far for me to go for a cruise. I'm at byron bay in NSW. but i'll be there at the supercars, Thats if the V8 Utes are on. Might meet up there somewhere, i'd love to have a look at that little beauty.
