ps. not sure about the white one, but that's how I'd start.

speaking of cam grinds... does anyone know what a good cam for my A15 would be? I got extractors with 2inch system and dgv weber.. Its in my 1000 wagon which will be used for towing my catamaran and running stuff around so I need a 'torquer' profile.. nothing lumpy , just enough to bring the afforementioned mods to life :) is there anybody in Perth that could do this also?

apparently the backyard way is to keep going down in jet sizes and test driving until the car starts to stutter and then going back up 2 sizes

I just converted a pulsar dizzy for my A15. does anyone have the wiring diagram for this bit? I wanna know if the pulsar coil uses straight 12v or goes thru a resistor.

feral - I also have a van, what did you do about the dizzy / firewall prob?

well, not all decisions are easy.. and the decision has been made to use my 1000 shell for a racecar. so all the original parts have got to go!

roughly there are :

complete interior excellent condition redone grey door / side trims + back shelf + velour seats out of a coupe. rear seat was retrimmed. near new carpet.

clutch and pressure plate hardly used, looks like it just came out of the box. these are getting very hard to get for the 1000.

gearbox in excellent condition oil regularly replaced. brand new rear main seal.

2 clutch cables one vgc one new as
2 good throttle cables

assorted parts including good tail light assemblies , various lenses, engine parts , electrics etc etc

come and have a look and make an offer. the car is a 2 door sedan as previously mentioned.

how much clearance in the tunnel am I gonna need and what will have to be done about the shifter? clutch plate? has anyone done this conversion before? I will probably be using the kit from dellow, 3T gearbox.
