Ok this thread may be flop but worth trying to start.
So I have been collecting hotwheels for a few years
. Mainly jap models (Datsun/Nissan , Toyota , Honda , Mazda). I know alot of people on here probably would be too.
I've been thinking if I start a thread on here we may be able to trade n sell them, well if there is a few of us collectors that is. also there are plenty of cars in the US and other countries I would love to get my hands on, if some overseas members can help!

I will probably just get some of these off eBay but also hoping someone here might have
So a few simple ones I have yet to get are:

Datsun 510 wagon in yellow
Datsun 620 ute in yellow and blue (us release)
Datsun 240z (super treasure hunt)
Vw kombi (super treasure hunt)
Ford mustang (vintage racing series)
Porsche gt2 (boulevard series)
Well that's only a few I'm interested in but will do for now

Would be interested in buying or trading
Have plenty of cars in packs with good cards ready to trade also.

Anyone else collecting out there?

Take off the dizzy cap n check the point gap. Sounds like u need to replace them and then reset the ignition timing. You need a gap of about .45 mm . once you adjust the gap u need to reset/adjust ignition timing. Spark Plugs are probably fouled too now. A12 is pretty simple if I have fuel that's a Good start. Yes pump the speed pedal about 2-3 times before starting. Not to much more or u will flood the engine.

I'm going to be in ACT on the weekend and I noticed this meet on .
any dattos getting out there ? I be taking my Toyota out there for sure.

Copy n paste

The All Japanese Car and Bike show is happening!

SATURDAY MAY 9, in the carpark of Geoscience Australia, Jerrabomberra Avenue, Symonston.

This is a HUGE carpark with lots of room for everyone. Each car will park over two spaces, so there won't be any door-clashing problems, and there will be heaps of room for people to more around. Note that the GA building will be closed. We are investigating the cost of providing food/drink and sanitation facilities. If anyone has hookups, let us know.

FAQs:
Who is actually organising this thing?
The Rotary Enthusiasts of the ACT Inc. (REACT) is the organising club.

Who can bring a car/bike?
As REACT is a CAMS affiliated club, only members of REACT or other CAMS affiliated clubs are eligible to enter. However, a single-day membership of REACT will be offered for a small amount, so practice, anyone with an eligible vehicle can attend.

Is my car/bike eligible?
If your car/bike was made in Japan, or is the same as a car/bike that was made in Japan (r31 skyline, holden gemini), you're eligible. Note that this is really a show for enthusiasts, and that stock mazda 121s, and anything that could be a pickup truck may well be sent to a far corner.

How can I help?
We need people to help direct traffic, setup cones, put out signs, etc, etc. If you can help, let Simon Gallant or Che Davey know.
If you have any other questions, just post and we'll do our best to answer them.

I just sold six 13x6 minilights without tyres in average condition for $300 , sold pretty quick . my opinion is about 200 - 350 with good tyres, a lot of old blokes love em. 13x7j would be more desirable.
