Nah - they are povo as. Good to power a hydraulic woodsplitter that needs to run at 1500rpm all day but if you want to put it in something with wheels then the world may stop in it's orbit and go backwards.

You're not going to see much of an increase in hp with the mods you have described but you will end up with a very usable street motor. Strong accurate spark - you have done. Refresh the head as you have planned - don't worry about stronger valve springs as the factory springs are fine for 6500. Re-ground cam will be fine.
Not sure if you have plans to tidy up the bottom end but I would try and do that if you want a 0 hour motor with no weak spots.

Chris Lott - fanta injection, NANA and the DLF! Talk about a blast from the past. Now that I have exceeded the upper age limit for the DLF I have just this week surrendered 3 coupe rollers and several truck loads of parts. The operative who assumed my collection of law providing metal used an ex-hearse as a tow car so I feel confident he will uphold the proud DLF tradition. I have kept a regoed coupe for Targa purposes so perhaps we should talk Mr Lott?

Take off cap and count the number of tubes that make up the width.

Hi Dave,
I'm happy to help. Are you looking for someone to order for you or mail to you? I presume you have made contact with Coby. Are they unwilling to ship to the US?

Even though you say that your coil doesn't have a STD it might be worth checking to see if it is in fact infected.
