If you are trying to avoid the authorities reading your evidence then chances are they already have. There have been many claims in Aus of Police reading car forums for info. I wish you luck.

The standard coupe doors are surprisingly heavy. I cannot remember their weight off hand but when I was building my race coupe I used gutted alloy skinned doors and the weight saving there and with dash removal almost equalled my cage weight.

I would alloy skin and gut (no glass, winder mechanism or door mechanism, minimalise the inside metal panel and rely on your cage for intrusion protection) a pair of your coupe doors instead of using fibre glass.

All 4 of my B310 Sunnys have H150's with coils and 4 bars.

My Jap assembled B310 wagon has a leaf rear end H150.

Your sedan may have been the recipient of a wagon donor.

the starlet motor is one of the few toyotas i like, its quite grunty for a 1.3, so a good choice to not need engineering and all. but how he has converted it to rwd i dont know.

This is from the 1st and 2nd Gen starlets so were still RWD back then.

If this is the guy who built up a Hayabusa powered Toyota he seems to know what he is doing. I wouldn't mind that efi hardware on my A series.

It would have been an unforgiveable crime if he had done this to a coupe but it's only a mangy old sedan!

Was me - been away overseas since 2000 and beginning to cull my collection of parts and cars.

Downsizing so I can complete my A powered Lotus 7 build and get my 1200 coupe going again.

At least that's the plan!

is your picture of those vice grips for a steering device?

Yes just before leaving Otautau. Tow vehicle was the A12 auto brown Sunny. Of course I was much younger then...

Yes you got a good deal! Whenever I close my eyes I still see those ports appearing after the manifold was off. If you ever want to sell let me know....
