Say, dd
If I have trouble finding one locally can you lend me a hand with tracking one down? Would be more than happy to reimburse you for your time, ect. Seattle is not very far from Richmond. Drove down there a few months ago because a friend wanted to buy an iphone =).

Thanks, I have been searching around for a 60 box for sometime. Local junk yards seem to have nothing. I'm going to try the VIDE guys to see if they have any leads.

Could just be me being HELLA tired. I'm not a big guy, this took alot outta me lol.

I really looking at my options now, try and find parts to repair it with the help of someone that have experience on rebuilding them for locating one from a yard. We are bone dry in Vancouver when it comes to datsun parts.

Well, the car is all jacked up. All bolts off bell housing, Dive shaft gone and I have trans pushed back about3 inches. The book tells me to keep a jack under the trans to support it as I slid it back. 1 problem, the shifter inside the car is not letting me push the tranny back anymore. Its inches away from being off. Anything Im doing wrong?

Sup everyone?
This summer I only have 3 classes so i got some time to pull the tranny on the 1000.

I took out the drive shaft and other odds and ends. Then I took out the starter and noticed this... It looks like a HUGE chunk broke off. I must admit, this is the first time pulling the tranny. Is there something wrong here?
